We ship all orders via UPS from our warehouse in Georgia. Orders are shipped within one business day (Monday-Friday) from when the order is placed. Standard delivery is ground service and is expected to take 2-5 business days. Expedited orders must be placed before 3pm EST/12pm PST Monday-Friday to ship same-day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will not be shipped until the following day.Please be aware Express delivery is business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Express Delivery is not an option for packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Williams & Kent wants you to be pleased with your purchase. Items that are unworn and unaltered may be returned up to 90 days after the date of purchase for refund or exchange.

Please note: Refunds on orders paid by money order will be in the form of a store credit. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process exchanges and credits. On exchange orders, a credit for the returned items will be applied to the original form of payment. This same form of payment will be used for the new items being ordered. If a Vi, MC, or AMEX gift card was used for the original purchase and you no longer have that gift card, please request a gift certificate or store credit in lieu of a credit.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at customercare@williamsandkent.com and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner Borderfree in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
When printing a return label, you can check the notification boxes to have an email sent to you with delivery confirmation. You can also enter your tracking number on the UPS Website.

If you are returning a gift without the original packing slip, please include the name and address of the person who purchased the merchandise so we may be able to locate the original order. Purchaser will not be notified of return unless you request they receive the refund. Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable gift certificate. When a given color and size combination is out of stock but more inventory is on the way, we provide our customers the option to “backorder” the item. This basically reserves the item for you.
As soon as it becomes available we will ship your backordered item at no extra shipping cost to you. (Don’t worry, all in stock items on your order will ship right away.) And if you decide to cancel - no problem - because you aren’t charged for the backordered item until it ships.
We try our best to provide an accurate estimate for availability of backordered items at the time you place your order. (If a date was not provided then we expect to receive the item within 30 days.) In most cases you can expect delivery 7-10 business days after the “Available” date listed. Occasionally, however, that date changes due to unforeseen manufacturing or shipping delays. At Williams & Kent, it is our policy not to give price adjustments for items purchased prior to our Seasonal Sales. It is our belief that prior to the sale, customers are able to shop our full selection of product styles and sizes to ensure they are able to get the exact items they wish to purchase.
